畑の青レモンレモンの木を植えて5年くらい経ちますが、木も少しづつ大きくなり、毎年取れるレモンの数もだんだん増えてきました。今回はこの青レモンと七山の新生姜さらにうちの庭で採蜜したニホンミツバチの百花蜜とスパイス類を煮出してジンジャエールを仕込みました。いろいろ自前で作れて嬉しい。
green lemon in the field It’s been about 5 years since I planted the lemon tree, and the tree is getting bigger little by little, and the number of lemons I can get every year is increasing. This time, I prepared ginger ale by boiling this green lemon, fresh ginger from Nanayama, and Japanese honeybee nectar and spices from my garden. I’m happy to be able to make things on my own.
