畑に植えていたスダチの木がそろそろ5年目になり、ようやく実を付けるようになりました。

夏の魚の代表格スズキと合わせて今日のお造りに。

スダチの果汁はもちろん皮まで使って夏らしい味に仕立てます。

Five years have passed since the Sudachi tree was planted in the field, and finally it has come to bear fruit.

I made that Sudachi with today’s representative fish of summer, Suzuki.

Sudachi uses the juice and peel to make it taste like summer.
