つるんとしたのど越し、見た目にも清々しい潤菜の季節となりました。

料理屋あるところ恒例となった６月の潤菜取り、今年は一人増えたスタッフの山ちゃんとともに生産者さんを訪ねます。

ドラム缶の船に乗り水面をのぞき込み、葉の下にあるトロミのある若い新芽を探しては摘んでいきます。

涼しい風が吹き抜ける池の上ではウグイスを筆頭に様々な鳥やカエルの鳴き声が聞こえてきて、なんとも心地いいのです。
