先日皆で摘んできたつくしを卵とじにしました。

とろとろの卵とつくしのシャキシャキ感とほろ苦さが持ち味の一品です。

こういうものは贅沢なものでもないですけど、年に一度は食べれるといいなぁと思います。

つくしの季節もあっという間、二週間もすればこの料理もまた来年ということになりますね。

I cooked field horsetail with eggs which other day we pick up.

The combination of bittersweet field horsetail and soft eggs is delicious.

These things are not extravagant, but I hope you can eat them once a year.

field horsetail season passes early, and two weeks later this dish will be next year.
