これでぽん酢を仕込みます。

一言にぽん酢といっても味には意外に幅があって、

醤油の強いものや酸味の利いたきりっとしたもの甘めのものなど様々で、

そのお店の好みなんかが出る部分でもあります。

うちのぽん酢は酸味を効かせつつ、まろやかな味わいになるように仕込んでいます。

鍋料理のたれとしてはもちろん、さまざまな料理に使える縁の下の力持ち的な存在です。
